Pickup and Delivery Options

Choose showroom pickup at 33 N Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City, or ask Homeville to arrange delivery. Delivery cost is calculated or confirmed for the customer's address before the order is completed.

Showroom pickup

We will confirm when the complete order is ready before pickup. Please bring a vehicle that can safely hold the merchandise. Homeville staff can assist with loading, but customers are responsible for securing items for transport.

Supplier-order timing

If an item is not currently at the showroom, these are typical sourcing estimates after supplier availability is confirmed:

• PFC: usually about 3 days.
• Generation Trade and CrownMark: usually about 1 week.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Supplier inventory, transportation, holidays, and weather can affect timing. Homeville will confirm availability and the expected ready date.

Delivery timing and fees

Delivery is scheduled after the complete order is ready. The fee depends on the delivery address and order details and is calculated or confirmed before purchase. Any placement, assembly, stairs, access limits, or other service requirements must be agreed to in advance.
