  • Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Regular stock items can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. For deliveries, cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Orders canceled outside these time frames will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Additionally, orders held for over two weeks without pickup or missed pickups will be canceled and charged a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Special ordered items require a 25% non-refundable deposit for all cancellations.
